Service Technician

Our company is seeking to employ a person with existing technical or electrical qualifications, to be trained as a service technician. You may not have completed your trade qualifications, and now wish too!

The job would entail a variety of duties, as detailed below.

The First Step:
Learning how to test all forms of essential services:

All essential services are required to be serviced and maintained
in strict accordance to Australian Standards, and certified annually.

These services include:

Electrical:
• Fire Detection Systems.
• Emergency Warning & Intercommunication Systems (EWIS)
• Emergency Evacuation Lighting Systems.
• Fire Pump Sets.(electrical)

Hydraulic:
• Fire Sprinkler & Gaseous Suppressions Systems.
• Fire Hose Reels Systems.
• Fire Hydrant Systems.
• Fire Pump Sets.(mechanical)

Passive:
• Fire Rated Doors.
• Fire Rated enclosures.

The Second Step:
Once you have learnt how to service & test the above essential services, you would then learn how to install & service specified equipment. Our company provides training and “on site experience” through our large Service and Contracting Divisions.
